1. Our Mission is to change peoples lives in a positive way through the training and teachings of the Martial Arts. We do this by teaching karate as a complete discipline uniting mind, body and spirit. This approach develops physical defense, while encouraging the formation of high individual personal standards of behavior and respect for fellow men and women.
    
2. To provide a safe haven of positive energy and support for our students.
    
3. To provide inspiration to our students through our example as Black Belts both in and out of the karate school. Through the instructor's method of "Black Belt Excellence" and highly motivated teaching, we strive to develop individuals who are positive, respected and contributing members of productive society.

We have studied, trained and have taught for years in Karate, Kickboxing, and Arnis/Escrima. Now our primary task is to assist you in being the best that you can be.

Our carefully structured programs go far beyond punching, blocking and kicking. At the same time as we help you to acquire effective fighting skills, we provide a comprehensive program of personal development. It is our goal to raise the quality of life of all of our students in every way.

BodyWorx is also actively involved in serving our local community. A wide variety of programs are available to your group or organization, including scholarships, presentations to school age children, special classes on self defense, and how to deal with stress.
