YogaThis class is based on the Sivavavda Yoga style but with an emphasis on Vinyasa flow, which is partly influenced, by Asthanga Yoga and Ishta Yoga. All aspects of Hatha Yoga are incorporated: breathing exercises, Yoga postures and flow, relaxation and meditation. You work on strength and flexibility of the whole body using the breath as a guide while clearing and focusing the mind. BodyWorx Inc.
